簡要規(guī)格描述或項(xiàng)目基本概況介紹、用途：將糧庫西側(cè)圍墻臨近5根高壓電線桿及3根路燈桿等其他附屬設(shè)施通過搬遷集并的方式，使通車輔道上從糧庫南側(cè)圍墻至大門路段不再有高壓電線桿阻礙通行。優(yōu)化后，原高壓電線桿阻擋糧庫大門進(jìn)出的困難能夠消除阻礙運(yùn)糧車安全轉(zhuǎn)彎的情況得以改善、且增加緊急情況下臨時(shí)蓄車的可能。

(a)滿足《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條規(guī)定；
